1. How soon before the flight should I check in?In order to operate on-time and efficiently, departing from the main airports, we require passengers to check-in 45 minute before flight time. Departing from other locations, we suggest that you arrive at the pickup location not later than 30 minutes prior to takeoff to allow boat transport time to the airplane at its floating dock just a few minutes prior to takeoff
2. Do I need to show photo identification at check in?
We do require photo identification upon check in. A Passport is recommended for all passengers. The Company reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger should it feel that the passengers identification is insufficient or suspicious.
3. What is the luggage allowance per passenger?
On our scheduled service, the allowable luggage per person is 11 kg. Weight limits on the aircraft mean that excess luggage weight reduces the number of passengers we can carry. An additional fee for any excess baggage may be charged. Our chartered flights allow for more flexibility with an unlimited baggage allowance depending on aircraft size.
